 Marc Anderson obtained his law degree at Pepperdine University School of Law (1994) and is licensed to practice in California, as well as in his home state of Minnesota. Before moving to Oxnard in 2003, Marc practiced in Los Angeles and San Diego. Throughout his fourteen-plus years of practice, he has represented numerous individuals in elder neglect; medical negligence; products liability; catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters. Marc has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout California. Marc was co-counsel on a dependent adult neglect trial in Ventura County resulting in a $2,000,000 jury verdict and $500,000 attorney fee award - the highest dependent adult neglect verdict in Ventura County. Marc resides in Oxnard with his wife, Kristi, son, Bodie, and daughter, Libby. |
